Dr. Ramanathan is one of the leading climate scientists in the world, having discovered that human-produced gases and pollutants other than CO2 can powerfully alter the Earth’s climate. He believes that the effect of greenhouse gases on climate change is the most important environmental issue facing the world today, and that we must act now before it is too late to mitigate climate change.
